Registration Information
Pre-Registration
For those participating in workshops or quilt appraisals, there is a non-refundable $25 registration fee that includes:
- Your name badge
- Show pin
- Registration handling costs
- Admission to all lectures
- Admission to the PNQE fashion show
- Plus four days admission to the Quilt Show and Merchants Mall.
REMINDER: Your registration packet will not be mailed. Please pick up your registration packet in person during registration hours. The registration desk is located in the Hall A Lobby of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.
On-Site Workshop Registration
If you register for an on-site workshop, admission is included for all show days (please note that the show pin is not included with on-site registration). For persons registering for activities at the event, pre-registered participants with questions, or those picking up your registration packet, the registration area will be open:
Thursday, September 17: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday, September 18: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, September 19: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to July 27, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after July 27, 2026, unless the activity is canceled. The $25 pre-registration fee is non-refundable.
