Opportunity Quilt Information
PIQF is offering space to your guild to display a fund-raising quilt at the Pacific International Quilt Festival. This event draws thousands of quilters to Santa Clara and is an excellent opportunity for a fundraising event. The Pacific International Quilt Festival will provide your guild with complimentary space to display your quilt for all four days of the festival in exchange for 32 hours of white glove volunteer service. Volunteers have the option of filling eight (8) four-hour shifts, or sixteen (16) two-hour shifts. We ask that all volunteers supply their own white gloves. Your quilt must be on display on all days of the show.
In order to accommodate your guild, please download and print the 2024 Quilt Guild Form. Please mark which day you will supply white glove volunteers. Please divide your volunteers throughout the day. EXAMPLE: 10 am – 2 pm; 12 pm – 4 pm; and 2 pm – 5 pm. No one-hour shifts, please.
