Participation in workshops at QuiltFest Virtual Summer Schoolhouse requires a one-time, non-refundable $20 registration fee.

This administrative fee helps offset the operational costs of organizing and delivering the live virtual workshops. These costs include processing registrations, coordinating and communicating with participants, and providing post-event follow-up materials. The fee helps ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all attendees while supporting the resources needed to manage the workshops effectively.

Please note the workshops presented for QuiltFest Virtual Schoolhouse are live on Zoom, not recorded. 

The Registration Cut-Off Dates are:

  • Tuesday, September 29, 2026, for workshops with shipped kits.
  • Wednesday, October 14 - Saturday, October 17, 2026, for workshops without shipped kits.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before Wednesday, September 16, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after Wednesday, September 16, 2026, unless the activity is canceled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
