Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to Tuesday, March 4, 2025, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after Tuesday, March 4, 2025, unless the activity is canceled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
